Josie McKenlay
I’ve been working out one way or another most of my life. The aerobics explosion of the 80’s set me on a career in the fitness industry and I’ve taught most studio based forms of exercise over the past 25+ years, moving into Pilates and yoga in 2000. I taught classes at most of the big health clubs in West London before moving a little further out and setting up my own business, hiring studios and running my own classes. I had many clients in and around London.
Towards the end of 2010, I joined my husband here in Abu Dhabi, UAE and now run a small studio. I am also enjoying exploring other opportunities and am currently working closely with the Yas Hotel, teaching a couple of classes and offering my services on retreats.

Suzanne Erdmann

I’m Suzanne Erdmann, a yoga instructor. I love physical activity and the great outdoors. I spend my summers at Camp Voyageur near Ely, Minnesota, an adventure camp focused on paddling and hiking the Boundary Waters Canoe Area, Quetico, Superior Hiking Trail, and Isle Royale National Park.
My rich experiences at Camp Voyageur led me to study Recreation Outdoor Education at the University of Minnesota Duluth.
After college, I began practicing yoga and quickly felt its benefits. At that point, I decided a yoga teacher certification class would be the perfect way to introduce the power of yoga to others. I attended a 200 RYT teacher training at Core Power Yoga in St. Paul, MN. Since then, I have continued my practice and taught at an intimate studio space in Duluth.
Yoga has taught me to be more patient, relaxed and calm, more in tune with my body and surroundings, and physically stronger and more flexible. Yoga reminds me to
breathe and to stay present!
